MAEVE HQ is a small group of founders, designers, engineers, investors and partners who've built and operated inside high-stakes networks. We build for the people whose network is the work.
MAEVE began as a private tool we built for ourselves. As founders and operators, we kept losing track of the people who had quietly changed the trajectory of our work — investors, advisors, former colleagues, future hires. Not through indifference, but through the simple gravity of doing the job.
Existing tools all asked the same thing of us: more inputs, more discipline, more pipeline hygiene. That was the wrong shape of solution. The work was not data entry. The work was paying attention.
MAEVE is the system we wished existed. It watches the relationship layer of your work, holds the memory and context, and surfaces only the moments that genuinely deserve your time. The rest stays out of the way.
We are spread across the United Kingdom, with operators and advisors further afield in New York, San Francisco and Singapore. We are intentionally small, and intend to stay that way.
